About the Role

As you provide excellent content and resources for our knowledge base, you will contribute to the development of a welcoming and stimulating online community. This position is ideal for you if you are a natural communicator, have a talent for handling disagreement and love producing engaging, clear material!
What You Will Do
- Be reasonable and interact with the community.
- Create and implement plans to boost member involvement.
- Organize and lead online community activities like product demonstrations, Q&A sessions and success story presentations.
- Engage fully in conversations to connect users, offer assistance and respond to inquiries.
- Address community inquiries, grievances and disputes with tact, compassion, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Gather, examine and disseminate community input to guide user support and product development plans.
- Act as a user advocate to make sure internal teams hear what users have to say.
- Update the community about product enhancements and the application of user feedback.
- Create, revise and update FAQs, guides, and knowledge base articles to facilitate user self service.
- To create material that has an impact, research product features, typical user problems and best practices.
- Work together across teams to make sure that material reflects user feedback and product upgrades.
- Make content easier to read and understand.
What They are Looking For
- Experience: one to three years of writing content, managing a community or a similar role.
- Communication Pro: Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking with the capacity to make difficult subjects understandable to a wide range of audiences.
- Expert in Conflict Resolution: Proven capacity to arbitrate conflicts amicably, impartially and in a constructive setting.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of producing and overseeing extremely accurate, well-structured, and user friendly material, with a focus on consistency, clarity and painstaking attention to detail to guarantee a powerful and captivating user experience.
- Tech-savvy: Knowledge of CMS and community platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk or Discourse.
- An analytical mindset with the capacity to spot patterns and offer practical advice for enhancing engagement and content relevancy is known as a data driven thinker.
