About Role

  • Supporting our in-house team of creatives who create strategic, on-brand materials for our stakeholders (consumers, crew, farmers, customers, and more) is the role of the Creative Operations Manager. This position is essential to producing excellent work that strengthens the brand and guarantees that our top-performing team produces outstanding materials that appeal to our target market.
  • By creating and reviewing creative briefs, overseeing several project schedules and deliverables, and serving as a liaison between the creative team and the rest of the company, this individual will contribute to the improvement and organization of the internal creative process.
  • With three direct subordinates (graphic designers), this position is part of the marketing team and answers to the creative strategist.
