AnswersNow is looking for a proactive and structured Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the Board Certified Behavior Analyst hiring process from start to finish. To fulfill specified staffing goals this function involves candidate sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding support and leadership team collaboration. Along with overseeing recruitment data, tools, and key performance indicators, you will also lead top of funnel initiatives to guarantee a steady flow of excellent prospects.

What work will you do?

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach

  • To find competent BCBAs, use a range of sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events).
  • Utilize both sponsored and organic channels to promote top of funnel activity, including as webinars, job landing sites, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Create and oversee recruitment marketing to draw in possible applicants.

Screening and Qualification

  • Perform comprehensive screenings of candidates to evaluate their credentials, background and cultural fit.
  • Work together with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to perform preliminary interviews and confirm qualifications.
  • Make sure that it complies with professional standards and hiring demands.

Relationship Building and Communication

  • Throughout the hiring process, cultivate a good rapport with candidates by communicating with them in a timely and clear manner.
  • Manage expectations, negotiate offers, and assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process by working directly with them.
  • Collaborate with the teams in charge of finance, clinical leadership, and people operations to identify supply objectives and staffing needs.
  • Work together in teams to make sure that the supply and demand model is followed in order to meet national and regional employment targets.
  • Report on supply, conversion rates, and recruitment data on a regular basis.

Interview Coordination and Offer Negotiation

  • Arrange, plan, and carry out interviews in accordance with the availability of recruiting managers.
  • Assist in the bargaining process by making sure that terms such as pay and benefits are aligned.
  • Before making offers to new hires, help with the development of offer letters and make sure they are approved.
  • Assist new hires with a seamless transition by collaborating closely with onboarding teams and offering assistance with licensing, credentialing, and training.
  • Conduct an 8-week pre-hire program to maintain candidates’ interest and drive.
  • Act as the new hire’s main point of contact, making sure they get timely updates and direction at every stage of the process.
  • By improving the messaging on recruitment materials (such as landing pages and presentation decks), you may draw in more applicants.
  • Participate in industry gatherings like ABA conferences and CEU webinars to enhance the brand of AnswersNow.

About you

  • It is desirable if you have recruiting experience, especially for clinical positions like BCBAs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to oversee several hiring procedures at once.
  • Expertise controlling applicant expectations and negotiating offers.
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management skills and is detail-oriented.
  • It is advantageous to have knowledge of application tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Salary and compensation

$30,000 to $55,000 annually
