You will be a key player in demonstrating to potential customers the power of Poka’s connected workforce application as an account executive. They are searching for bright, intelligent people who are driven to transform the nature of work in the digital era. You will take the lead in revenue development, pipeline management and closing high value enterprise agreements by joining Their mission of rapid expansion.
What obligations you will have:
- Establish and maintain enduring, solid connections with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- C-level executives should be presented with Poka’s value proposition, emphasizing its effect on worker productivity.
- Promote Poka’s vision via trade exhibitions, industry gatherings, speaking engagements, and product launches.
- To achieve revenue and corporate targets, forecast performance, keep a healthy pipeline, and strategically manage sales operations.
What you are able to contribute:
- five years or more of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing sector.
- a track record of regularly surpassing sales targets.
- strong analytical, relationship-building, and strategic sales abilities.
- comprehensive understanding of the production process and the sector at large.
- a strong desire to go “hunting” and find chances in big customer accounts.
- a strong understanding of business principles and the capacity to create and present convincing business arguments.
- expertise interacting in a formal context with VPs and CxOs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
Salary and compensation
